Well they suck.
I didn't know what was happening.
I got hot flushes, trembling,my heart was racing & I was sweating.i couldn't even bring myself to eat dinner I felt that sick. I also felt I needed to vomit or run to the toilet. Afterwards I felt so tired. I literally went straight to bed.
This morning my whole body is aching
Is this related!?

Hello,
I hope that I can extend a gentle welcome to you here. That sounds very intense, confusing and scary. You’ve clearly been feeling very unwell.
Sorry, I’m afraid that I don’t know if your aches are related or not. I wonder, have you been to your GP to get your symptoms checked out? I hope it’s okay for me to ask. thinking of you.
Kind thoughts,
Pepper

I've really struggled to find a good doctor who actually listens.
Ive been getting really bad upset stomachs lately and I put it down to a bug.. But now after last night I honestly think it could be more so anxiety doing it to me.

Hi,
It’s lovely to hear from you again. It must be awful to feel unable to leave your house and your upset stomach must be painful...
I feel it’s very disappointing that doctors haven’t listened. It can be discouraging when that happens. I feel for you...
Kind thoughts,
Pepper
