I have tried so hard to keep a job, even casual role's and i just cant and i do not understand why.
If anyone else has been through this and overcome this please give me advice on what helped you if you have the time
as i just want to get somewhere in life.
I just dont know how to keep a casual job let a lone a full time one, and i know i have to get a full time job and the more i put it off the more behind i am getting and i feel so down on myself but it scares me because i know i just dont end up turning up one day.
Because every time i get a job i just cant keep it.
Any advice will help as i am feeling defeated.
Thankyou.

Hi Angie, welcome
Normally Angie I'd recommend to full time workers to seek 2 or 3 part time jobs because many of us function better with changes in the workplace and not 38 hours in one place.
But you have already tried casual work.
The only answer I can think of is seeking more suitable work.
And work vlisely with your doctor explaining everything. Documentation is important for any future Centrelink disvussions if they desire your medical records.
Finally, we work to earn money for our living and our intetests. Having hobbies, sports and interests that we spend our money on makes working more enjoyable bevause we are looking forward to our fun time.

Hi Angie26
Thankyou for the great post 🙂
I understand your situation as I have been through the same. Besides working in a position that isnt overly stressful, as Tony mentioned regular visits to a GP and/or counselor can work wonders when we have to juggle a job with anxiety/depression.
you are so not alone
My kind thoughts
Paul
