Hi Kayley_jane,
that sounds like an unfortunate situation, i'm very sorry.
Do you have any close friends or a family member you could try talking to in order to set up a support system for yourself? If you haven't tried talking to any of them it might help to do so.
What I've also found useful is the online chat service on the beyond blue website, you can chat to councillors online for free, and they're extremely nice and very helpful, I'm not sure if you've already checked them out or not, but it might be worth a shot.
Of course you could also post your worries onto this forum to get help and to let out any worries or frustrations or anything that might be going on in your head.
I know I'm not much help, but i look forward to hearing from you soon,
Julia

Hi Kayley
First of all welcome to our forums. We hope you find them useful.
Julia has some great ideas.
I too suffer from anxiety and I use a psychologist at different times depending on my finances. At the moment I am focusing on swimming, walking, yoga, getting some sunshine for a few minutes each day and eating well. If I am having a bad day I do my breathing exercises and practice mindfulness. I used to do meditation first thing every day.
You have probably tried all of these things but thought I would share.
Blue Jane
