Chloe,
Im always tired, not real tired like i need a nap just constantly mentally exhausted all the time.
I washed my hair and forced my self go out and buy some new shoes for the kids.
Now i just have a headache thinking about all the plans we have this weekend. How i would rather stay at home. How i always cancel. How i just shut myself away.
It's hard work pretending to be okay. So its easier to do nothing.
I haven't checked your thread today but i hope you're okay. Enjoy your music time and relax. You'll be back at school in no time! X

Hi Losstt,
whatever you do, don't cancel your plans for the weekend. I've learnt that even if you're feeling down, time with friends and family or whatever you're doing can lift your spirits.
It is hard work pretending to be okay. Maybe later if you have time, have a lie down and not be okay. Give yourself a break from the fakeness. That's what I do.
hope you feel better later tonight/tomorrow

Chloe,
I kept most of my plans last weekend. Only cancelling one thing. So that was good.
Monday was a pretty awful day for me. Cried a lot, got little sleep. Woke up yesterday sick.
Feeling crap today but from sickness not so much my mind.
Still need to book that appt.
Hopefully will get it sorted tomorrow.

It's okay, I think I needed a break anyway. Competed on Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and then today. Then trained on Sunday and Monday. So pretty knackered.
Thank you so much Losstt. Means so much to me xx

Dear Losstt
Please do not believe it is easy to stop existing. It may sound easy to just do this or take that, but believe me it is not easy at all. Part of you is always wanting to stop even though you feel you want to go. It is hard work to even believe life is bad in some way.
I do understand that you are in a very difficult place, that it seems as though life will never be good again. I also understand how difficult it feels to make that appointment with your GP. If you can find enough energy to leave this life you have enough energy to make a doctor's appointment. Please choose the second option because it is a choice.
I did think as you are thinking now and it is a seductive thought that you can simply drift away from this life and never feel pain again. It's not true and certainly not easy. Believe me because I tried.
Someone in another post asked Do you want to leave this life or do you want to leave the pain? Which one do you want? You may be thinking, Who is this person telling me what to do. I hope I do not sound too overbearing but I care what happens to you. I know, however impossible it seems, that life can be good.
So please make that appointment and start your journey towards a much better life. Write in here every day if you need, or several times. We will answer though not necessarily immediately.
You said in an earlier post that you want to be normal. Being normal includes being hurt, feeling hopeless or angry as well as loving your family, being cheerful, laughing and joking. You are in the hurt and hopeless part so lets start the journey to the other side. Are you a Star Wars fan? Lets leave the dark side and travel towards the light.
Go to your doctor and get a referral to a psychiatrist. Not sure if I have given you this number before but it will not hurt to repeat it. Suicide Call Back Service.1300 659 467. https://www.suicidecallbackservice.org.au/ is their web page. Copy and paste this into your browser. Make the call. No need to feel afraid of these folks. They are trained professionals and will help with some counselling. The name is a bit off-putting but do not worry. You will not be carted off to hospital. Talking to someone there will be the best thing you can do for yourself today.
I will keep popping in to chat.
