Dear AnotherOne12~
You are going though a hard time at the moment and have been having some reactions and symptoms that seem strange -and worrying to you. I've read of some of them in:
- Forums / Anxiety / Off Balance / Dizziness / Bright Lights Jelly Legs
- Forums / Treatments, health professionals and therapies / question regarding antidepressants/anxiety meds
- Forums / Anxiety / I need positive stories of people who have overcome panic disorders agoraphobia
- Forums / Anxiety / Any elses AD meds cause Light Sensitivity?
- Forums / Anxiety / Positional Dizziness / Positional Hypotension using or upping antidepressant meds?
- Forums / Anxiety / Any guys have scrotum issues with Anxiety?
I have every sympathy for you, each seems a separate and unusual issue far removed from ordinary life.
I think Nurse Jen may have given you the best advice possible in:
Anxiety / Off Balance / Dizziness / Bright Lights Jelly Legs
suggesting you keep a record of the symptoms work closely wiht your GP and seek means of lowering your overall anxiety
Beyond Blue had a lot of information on lowering anxiety starting at:
https://www.beyondblue.org.au/the-facts/anxiety/treatments-for-anxiety/anxiety-management-strategies
I personally find the user thread
https://www.beyondblue.org.au/get-support/online-forums/anxiety/self-help-tips-for-managing-anxiety
very useful, even if over long.
I really hope some of this might help
