Hey Sarah,
Welcome to the forum!
I had an eating disorder at 19 which put my life on hold while I got better. Within two years, I made close to a complete recovery.
I hope you are getting professional help and have the support of your family. This is what enabled me to progress and get better. Great resources were given to me by a mental health nurse, which can be accessed here:

http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resources/infopax.cfm?Info_ID=49 (Overcoming disordered eating Part B)
If you'd like to talk about your situation or how you're feeling, you can post here any time 🙂
Best wishes,
Zeal

Wow I've only just seen this now.
I want an 'if only moment' right now... if only I'd seen this in 2017. I've spent the last 3.5 years as a revolving door hospital patient.
It's a tough battle, and I hope you are still in the place of recovered Zeal
