Hello Rapunzel,
A warm welcome to the forums...
I have gone through a few different types of anti depressants..I just did a check on the ones I tried previously and by what I worked out, I done the reverse of what your doing....I went from SSRI to SNRI...and had no problem at all....Not knowing one family of antidepressants to another I wouldn’t really know the difference....
It took my psychiatrist a while to find the right one for me....at first my anxiety about taking anything was so high....In the end I just put my trust into my psychiatrist and took what he prescribed...
Finally he found one that works in the SNRI family...It really is worth trying to find one that is beneficial for our mental health....
I hope your Dr/psychiatrist finds the right one for you..
Good lunch Rapunzel....Talk here anytime you feel to..
My kindest and most caring thoughts..
Grandy..
