Hello AnxiouslyDizzy and welcome 🙂
Are you speaking of that spacey kind of feeling that can occur with anxiety or dizziness like you’ve been on a fast merry go round?
You haven’t given us any info about yourself, so I’m kind of seeing in the dark here.
If you’re feeling dizzy when gettin upright (like out of bed), it can sometimes be an inner ear problem, or Vertigo, or low blood pressure - this needs GP visit.
If it’s a spaced out kind of anxiety thing, then calming yourself and doing some breathing exercises will help. Simple Mind app is really good for deep breathing meditation.
But really, more information would be great.
Would be lovely if you could get back to us, best, cheers M 🙂

hello Dizzy, I know what this feels like so I googled it and came up with this, it's a quote and not my words,
'Scientists believe that this area interacts with the brain areas responsible for anxiety, and cause both symptoms. The dizziness that accompanies anxiety is often described as a sense of light-headedness or wooziness. There may be a feeling of motion or spinning inside rather than in the environment, I also googled struggling with anxiety induced dizziness' and there are many interesting comments on this site. Geoff.
