Hello Meh
Welcome to the forums. I am really sad and angry to hear that people are treating you so badly. I understand that you must feel so very lonely with nobody who seems to understand or listen to you.
I am worried about you but you have done a great thing by coming here to ask for support. It is very common for people to not want to chat on the phone or in person, as it can be very scary. As an initial step, BeyondBlue has an online chat from 3PM - midnight every day.
The link is at the bottom of this page, as well as here: https://online.beyondblue.org.au/WebModules/Chat/InitialInformation.aspx
Also, 1800RESPECT run a 24 hour chat service here:https://www.1800respect.org.au/
1800RESPECT is a service specifically for sexual assault so you may find their service helpful as well. Their website also includes a lot of information.
Would you like to see if you can contact them and let us know how you go? We'd love to be able to keep supporting you through this as it's very sad to hear that you feel so alone in this.
James

Hi Meh_,
Have you tried the chat service since you won't need to actually speak and just type?
