sick, tired, overwhelmed and cant stop crying

omg im so stressed!! and im tired cause last night i was up till 10pm dancing non stop from 12pm and ive got so much school work due tomorrow and i just cant stop crying, help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i am so self concious about my weight and general apperance and no matter what i can not loose weight and i hate myself but i cant talk to people i know really so i would love someone who gets it

Welcome to the forum! Sorry that you haven't received a response.
Emotions you are describing is something I go through on a weekly basis and sometimes on a daily basis. With various responsibilities in life such as school work or job roles, it can often get very overwhelming and stressful. But it's great that you were able to dance for hours to forget all that and enjoy for a brief moment. That's very important to take a break, to take care of yourself and do something you enjoy. Then it is likely to give you energy to complete your deadline in a much more productive manner.
Regarding being conscious about weight, I don't know if you would believe me if I said I used to be self conscious because I was too skinny. I used to have skinny legs and arms so when dressed in certain way I notice that people would talk about my body. So what I've learnt is there's no such thing as pleasing others with how you look. It's about how comfortable you are with your own body and making sure you eat healthy and stay active.
