Hey guys,
well I've got a problem we've all dealt with before...I can't jumpstart my life.
Ever since my diagnosis, I've been struggling to find something that doesn't make me feel bored. no matter what I try, I just can't seem get any enjoyment out of it.
What did you guys do to feel alive again?

Hi Infinity1199,
That is a very good question and one I have been struggling with myself lately.
A psychologist I was seeing told me to just try and do things even if I didn't enjoy them. It seems the act of doing something can trigger your mind to start to think differently. This will assist us to do more things, to gain a sense of meaning in our lives and a sense of purpose.
Recently I have been doing some reading on Behavioural Activation which deals with this. Part of what I read stated we need to program and schedule activities so we get used to doing them.
Having plans and goals could help.
Would you like to share some of what you have tried in the past?
Cheers to you from Dools
