I have never ever felt this lonely in my life. There have been moments where I have felt alone but never this much. I don’t know how to dig myself out of a home this deep.
I just want to let you know that I am listening. Do you want to tell a little more about yourself? Are you at school? Or Uni? Do you work? Do you play sport? Any hobbies? Other interests? Can you tell your parents about this? How long has this been going on?
