Hi all,
I'm a young guy always mad and depressed about little things. I don't know why though. I know I come from a good home and that my parents love me, even though I fight with my mum all the time. I go to a really good school.
I really want to get rid of my anger/depression issues because i have started to notice a drop in my grades and I'm about to head into VCE and i really want to get good results.
I want some advice on how to get rid of these problems.
Thanks guys.

Hi ham01,
Well done for reaching out for support, it is never easy to admit these things but knowing something isn't right and wanting to fix it is really good. I will ask firstly, what is it that gives you a lot of anger or depression? They are two different things.
The first thing I would recommend is perhaps speaking to your local GP and letting them know how you are feeling and they may refer you onto a psychologist so you can talk through how you are feeling and get to the root cause of it.
My best for you,
Jay
