Hi O,S, welcome.
Attending a counselor is a step forward fir both if you.
Others can see vlearer a persins mood and depression. But they are usually not psychiatrists either and could be reacting to a part if ones personality and that would be unfair.
Find a lical relationship counselor via your GP or contact Relationships Australia.

Hi Olivia,
Welcome to the forum!
If you don't mind me asking, how long have you been experiencing these low moods for? It would be good to make an appointment with a doctor (GP) to discuss your mental health. If you don't have a regular GP, you can search for local clinics online, as sites often have a list of the doctors at the particular clinic, along with contact details. When ringing the clinic, it's often helpful to ask the receptionist which doctors are most experienced in talking about emotional/mental health. Doctors tend to have special areas of interest.
Your boyfriend seems to provoke you and make you feel more worried. Do you think he realises how much his
behaviour is affecting you? If you haven’t already, explain to him frankly and clearly that the way he acts in these situations makes you feel uncomfortable (or however you'd describe it).
If you'd like to talk to someone understanding about how you are feeling, the national Beyondblue support
service is available 24/7 on 1300 22 4636. The Kids Helpline (for under 25's) has great phone support workers too, on 1800 55 1800.
It would be great to hear back from you 🙂
Best wishes,
Zeal

Hey OliviaSyd,
Welcome to the forums and thanks for your post.
Did you want to let us know a little bit more about what's going on for you? Why do you feel like you're going crazy? What happens when you're tipped over the edge?
Obviously you can see a counsellor or Doctor or Relationships Australia like Zeal and Tony WK has suggested, but if you just want to talk that's okay too.
