I'm 22 and MTF, I recently had SRS and now I feel more lost than ever. Like what is the point anymore? Like what do I do now? It feels like I've hit a dead end. I'm not really attracted to anyone and I don't think anyone is attracted to me, so I don't know. I'm kind of scared of men because of past trauma and I have trouble being around them, it's causing me a lot of problems.
Do you know how I can improve or find purpose?

Welcome to our friendly online community, we are so glad you decided to join us here. We know it can be hard to write the first post, so thank you for having the courage. We're sorry to hear about how lost you feel right now. It sounds like it's been a difficult journey so far. We're sure that some of our community members will relate to these feelings and hopefully they will be able to offer you words of advice. If you are interested, we would also recommend getting in touch with an organisation called Headspace. Headspace is an organisation specifically for young people aged 12-25 and they offer a wide range of services including group programs which are a great opportunity to meet people. They also have a group chat on their webpage. Please feel free to reach out here on your thread and keep us updated on what you're feeling and experiencing whenever you feel up to it.

Hi,
Welcome to the BB forums and thank you for being so open here. I can see that you are feeling overwhelmed and distressed. You are so strong for getting through your hardship.
Finding your purpose takes time. It means going through new experiences. Thinking about your past experiences and thinking about your future goals. Some people find their purpose at age 70.
Have you considered seeing a mental health professional? They can help you cope with what you are currently going through.
Please stay safe and I am here to chat if you need me.
