Welcome to the forum. This is a friendly, supportive and caring community.
Thanks for your post.
It is difficult where you are not feeling like yourself but are not sure why.
Sometimes when I feel like that and people say are you ok, I say yes I am fine just tired as I am not sure what to say.
This is your thread and you can post what ever you like when you like.
I would like to find out more about you and how you are feeling if yo want to tell us more.
Quirky

hmmmdisplayname welcome to the forums
I know the "I don't feel like myself anymore" feeling all to well. Unfortunately it is a sign that the black dog is lerking (sp?). It is a horrible feeling. BUT there is help. I know talking to someone about it was helpful for me. That is why I joined the forums. I didn't want to talk to my family about it at the time so I came here. If you feel comfortable to share we are here for you. We have been through a similar journey and are happy to help if you like.

I'm currently going through the 'don't feel like myself anymore' thing. What has helped me is doing things that express my feelings like art (even though I'm not that good) and listening to a range of music to help with my emotions. Even doing something that you did/do enjoy like exercising or building something. I found that drawing helps me express things I don't know how to put into words. It also helped me find out who I was more than talking to someone. It may be different for you.
Just know that when people ask if you're okay it's because they care. There are more people going through what you are than you think. It feels good to share and we are here for you. I hope that you find out who you are and who you want to be.
