Hi Bec,
Good to hear from you and i'm glad that you are feeling better.
That's a really positive step that you've taken to continue your training with running. Exercise (which includes running) has always helped me manage my depression. Good luck with your training and take care.
...... and hope you have a good Easter!

dear Bec, lovely to hear from you.
I hope that with a bit of exercise your mood will change, but please don't over do it to the point of total exhaustion, which may turn you off it.
What are doing over Easter, anything special that you are looking forward to, and please take care and do have a good Easter.
At the moment I will still be here replying, so please stay in touch. L Geoff. x

Again as always it's good to hear from you. Sorry it's taken a while to reply.
I'm actually back home for easter in (kyabram) with family as this easter isn't going to be a sival one.
My nan/grandma past away yesturday morning from 3 brain toumers that just a happend 6 moths ago nothing caused it to happen Ummm she got it. It's a type of cancer that there was no cause or reasoning for it but apparently iv been told by my mum (not my biological parents but anty and uncalled I call mum and dad) she said it's something that happens to men alot and not in women...so this weekend till Tuesday when the funeral is there willbe just planning and getting things together.
Anyway I'm sure your easter shall b a bit brighter than mine...what are you up to this easter your self????
Shall hear from you soon

dear Bec, I'm so sorry to hear about your nan passing away, but with 3 brain tumours there's not much that can be done unfortunately, which doesn't sound to be a nice comment back to you, so I hope you know what I am trying to say to you.
I hope that the love for you was deserved by a nice Easter egg or hopefully eggs.
My Easter well I live in Moe a couple of hours away from my beautiful little grand daughter, but I won't be seeing any one this Easter, so this means no goggie eggs for me this time, maybe next year.
I really hope that you can find the strength to be able to handle the funeral, which are never a pleasant event, and it's something that we don't get used to, because they are always so sad.
Let us know how it went and as they always say 'the eggs in the mail'. lol. L Geoff. x

Yeah it's something that has happened and you can't touch about.
I know family at the moment are out on the farm but i think a after Tuesday when things start to settle down and people's start to leave that's when i think things will start to sink in. And i think hit will hit mum pretty hard, she has been pretty stressed out about it all which is under standable but I think Tuesdays will be a bit sad.
However easter is going fine. And I hope you have a good one too
Cheers Bec x
