Hey Smile,
Welcome to the forum!
Even though you have been at this new place for about a year, it's understandable that adjusting to the change is still hard. I take time to adjust to change too. I'm 23 and female by the way, and I have actually lived in the same family home for my whole life! While I don't have personal experience with moving, I'd like to try to give advice as best I can.
Technology can become a trap in a way, and you are not alone in feeling that your Internet time is becoming too central in your life. Did you move location with your parents, and a sibling too? If you don't mind me asking, did you have good friends where you used to live? Calling, Skyping them and using Facebook chat to communicate is a good idea. While this isn't the same as in-person contact, it will still enable you to keep in touch. Also, how far away did you move from where you were originally?
If you feel unhappy and isolated, it is worth talking to a family member about this. Making an appointment with a doctor (GP) soon is also wise. If you haven't yet found a regular GP near your new home, this is a good time to do so. Even if your mental health/wellbeing is not currently jeopardised, having a GP appointment can function as a check-up. If you would like to speak to someone understanding over the phone, Beyondblue's 24/7 helpline is on 1300 22 4636.
If you would like to talk further about your situation, please post back here.
Best wishes,
Zeal

@ Fairywings. Thank you for welcoming me. I am so happy to receive replies.
@ Zeal. I am here by myself for work. I have a few friends back home but not very close to them.
@ ewrc. Thank you for your advices. Maybe I should get a bike. When I go out with people, there are many awkward moments where I do not feel important.
