I'm having troubles with a kinda new relationship. I'm scared he will just turn around and it's over.
I didn't have anxiety untill after my last relationship ended. Since then I've been having problems with anxiety attacks.
only thing that seems to settle me is having plans with him or watching YouTube. I'm trying to find other things but I just seem to not be able to find anything.
Welcome to the forums- we are happy you are here. It's good that you have identified strategies that ease your anxiety already- would you like to brainstorm more together so you can find some more? Your anxiety, to clarify, is about him suddenly leaving, yes? Did your last relationship ending play a role in you developing these feelings?
