Trouble with chat

Hi I am new here and I am trying to get on the online chat. I have tried many times but it says unable to connect to server. I have cookies, java allowed so I'm not sure why it's doing it. Please help.

Hi Nessie, thanks for your post.  I've let our IT people know you're having trouble accessing webchat, if you need to speak to one of our counsellors in the meantime please give them a call on 1300 22 4636.
