Hello Jake, it's a pleasure to meet you and thank you for posting your comment.

It doesn't matter whether or not your thread is short because you have something you might want to tell us and please don't be worried as all of us have struggled with our own depression, so we are happy to listen to what you want to say.

Best wishes.

Geoff.

Hello Jake, the doctor always says 2 standard drinks per day is OK, but this depends on the size of the glass, everybody is different, I'm sure they don't mean schooners.

Some people are fortunate enough to drink more per day and their LFT ( liver function test) is OK, same with smoking, I've known people who smoke 1 whole packet a day and their lungs are clear, while someone maybe unfortunate to only smoke 1 cigarette day and gets emphysema.

While those that worked at the SEC used to throw handfuls of asbestos at each other don't get asbestosis and suffer from mesothelioma, and some have little exposure to it, unfortunately, suffer from it.

A gardener I knew had this illness and it was awful to see how quickly he declined, as it was serious.

Everybody has their own capability, so to abide by the general rule doesn't necessarily fit to the person sitting next to you.

Geoff.
