Hi Mel P,
I’m a little late to join in on the welcome but better late than never.
I wanted to comment because I have seen those exact, same BeyondBlue anxiety posters in public bathrooms too.
I hear you distress and just wanted to know you’re most welcome here. There’s a lot of understanding and kindness here.

Here is another welcome to what some of us call our second family. In here you will find people who are in the same condition as yourself. If we were all boats they would scuttle most of us for being unseaworthy. But we are here helping each other to stay afloat. In here you can pose your problem that your having often it will get an answer. Sometimes very helpful information comes to you. If you read someone else s post and have a viewpoint. Respond to it, please keep it clean, respectful and as helpful as possible. Yet again welcome
