I’m new to this forum. I have bipolar, anxiety and depression I also suffer pts due to abuse. This is just scratching the surface. I work full time and I have a teenager. I don’t have any friends and do not have any strong ties with my family. I’m alone and usually cry myself to sleep. I have a great doctor, but we have tried a mountain of meds and nothing works. My psychiatrist would like to schedule me, but I have a daughter to take care of and bills to pay. Usually I just battle along, but I’ve hit a wall and rock bottom again. Can anyone suggest meds that actually work. I’m desperate and I’m too the point where I struggle to breath.

Hi, welcome
I too have bipolar, depression, dysthymia and I beat anxiety many years ago (more on that later).
You have entered a site that is available 24/7/365. That is the main benefit and we have a library like a mountain if you like to use the search feature.
Sometimes the drag of work, being a parent, struggling with bills etc is all too much to bare. Being lonely is also not helpful. And you are doing all this alone. But it wont be long and your teenager will be an adult and things will change, he/she might end up a good friend, you will have free evenings and weekends so you can take short trips etc.
Employment- As a fellow bipolar person I suggest you (maybe not in the short term) consider 2x part time jobs rather than one full time. We find it difficult to maintain working relationships for 8+ hours a days without conflict/anger. A job only 3-4 hours in the morning then a job in the arvo might work for you. Essentially this is the type of radical thinking you might need to take on.
Beyondblue topic all else fails be radical
Anxiety. I had that for 25 years and got rid of it. It wasn't easy. In the following thread I mention "muscle tensioning exercises"- that will help you breathe and relax you. I do that in bed prior to sleeping as it helps my fall asleep.

You might find like I did that chipping away at your problems can become a snowball of success. Yes, you will always have small relapses but overall life can be really great. Find out your triggers to sadness-
