Hi all, I am Keysha and you can call me K. I like "K" as a name because Franz Kafka used it in many of his works, especially in the Castle, in which K tried everything he could but he was unable to arrive at the destination. I feel the same way now. The black dog came back to me, all of a sudden.
I suffered and still suffering moderate depression, anxiety, and eating disorder (wow I get a lot).
Hope to talk to you. Hope you feel good at now and in future.

Hello K, and a warm welcome to the forums.
You say the black dog has come back to you, I'm very sorry this has happened and can I ask if it's a relapse and does it concern or similar problems as you've had before.
I'm about to log off shortly as I start very early in the morning, but will look out for your thread and what others have to say.
Best wishes.
Geoff.

Yep, it is a relapse. I was bad at dealing with pressures, whether academic pressure or peer pressure. I tend to become over-anxious on things not even happen.
I was diagnosed with moderate depression last year, and that made me stay at home for nearly a year. Honestly keep family accompanies made me feel peaceful. Now I am in uni, far from home, living in a flat with a roommate but we are not close. Due to the Co-vid, social-distancing finally become social-isolating to me... I felt so lonely and sometimes can not feel a thing.
The new term is about to start, anxiety makes me overwhelming again.
Thank you for your care! Have a good day~
