Hi everyone!
For a while now I’ve been wanting to share my story. From beginning to end, the very high highs, to the lowest of lows. Through abuse, domestic violence, drug addiction, jail, reaching goals, dealing with the birth and death of my child and so much more just to try and help youths and young adults know that they aren’t alone. And there’s people out there who’ve been through exactly what they’re going through or at least something similar.
I’ve been stuck on where to go and even how to do it, so I’m really hoping by starting here I can help someone or even be shown where I can do what I am wanting to do. Because I honestly believe that my younger self could have done with someone telling me that I’m not alone. And that even though she feels like no one will ever understand that there is someone out there.

Hello Guest, and a warm welcome and sorry it's been a day or so for you to receive a reply.
There has been so much that you've had to encounter and the loss of your baby I'm terribly heartbroken for you.
Being abused is always something I detest and to gain an addiction to drugs leading to jail time means you've had a horrific time and even if there isn't anyone who has been through any of this doesn't matter it's the circumstances that bring you here.
We have all been through our own type of horror which has led us to depression, onto this site where we try and help each other, even those who are still suffering come to help those who have been in exactly the same position as they were.
Those who have been abused physically and emotionally we try to help them, plus those with an addiction and I was in that position a long time ago, but the memories are still
What I have learnt from a long time ago when I was just a kid, is that I was told by my grandmother that one day I would be just like her, I never believed her, but here I am exactly like she told me would happen.
Can I please say to you, don't feel alone, there are people who know what you are saying and those who understand will respond back to you.
My best wishes.
Geoff.
