Hi Jacks101,
Sorry to hear you are having a rough time with anxiety. Its rather unfortunate that anxiety can mimic heart attack symptoms because it is extremely hard to not become more anxious when we think our lives are in danger.
I am not sure if it may be the case for you but i know for me unless I am really calm to begin with, shopping centres trigger my anxiety/panic. I think it is due to the high amount of sensory stimulation in those environments and the lighting, the noise, just too many things happening at once. I have had less since I have been aware of this, and can make sure I am breathing deeply or move location if its too noisy. Sometimes I keep my sunglasses on. If i can I limit the amount of time I spend there. Or go to a cafe or something that is quiter and has different lighting.
Best of luck
