That is a good idea for a new feature, and one we'll certainly take on board. It's unlikely that we'll be able to add this to any of our upgrades in the next few months, however, as our resources for website development are already allocated.
Currently, you can find your own posts by using the "My posts" tab, and there is limited searchability available by typing a user's name into the search box at the top right hand corner of the page.
