This is not ideal, I can tell you are frustrating. Sometimes your text is automatically saved as draft, check it again and see if there's some luck. Otherwise take your time to re-type it.
please don’t give up, take some time , all you need. If the story is lost try again, it doesn’t have to be all at once, a little at a time is all it takes, if you put enough of those together suddenly it’s all out again.
