Hi
I am obviously new to this
But I have been dealing with this for over two years, I have seen three different doctors and I finally realized that I am on my own here, I Cant talk to my family about this any more as they just get too upset seeing me like this.
the doctors dont listen
what am I supposed to do ?
please dont reply with "well done" or "at least you had the strength to ask for help" or any other platitudes, just tell me how to get a doctor to listen and fix this

Hi Johnhjr,
I hear what you are saying and I can feel the frustration.
Whats going on for you at the moment? Is this health related? We are here to listen.

Hello Johnhjr, sometimes family/'friends' don't want to even know how you feel, because they feel it could be a reflection on themselves which then makes it very difficult to talk to anybody.
I won't say those words you don't want anybody to say, because I know how strange all of this feels.
There are a couple of options to chose from, and these are not in order of preference, call 1300 224 636 and talk with BB counsellors, or click the Beyond Blue logo at the top left hand corner and then see ' Get Support' then scroll down until you see
- Finding a GP that can help with mental health issues, ( it's coloured blue)
- Let me know if you need any more help.
