I had just replied back to you but the message wasn't posted as there was some fault, however, I specifically don't know a great deal about BP2, but there are other people who do and they will reply back to you when they wae up.

Like Geoff I don't know a whole lot about BP2, but I have found a great deal of support on this forum for my mental illness and I'm sure you will too 🙂
My mum has BP2 and I have MDD and GAD so I 100% understand depression. Still going through a depression episode now and it’s so hard. Sending you support 💜
