Hello, first time on here. Don't know where to start really. I feel like I've hit rock bottom and am struggling to deal with so many issues and emotions at once.
Firstly my daughter is recovering from major hip surgery (she's 5), she starts school next year and my partners job may be about to be made redundant. We live on a farm which means we will have to find somewhere else to live as well by the 7th January.
I have no family close by and feel like l deal with everything on my own, also have a 2year old boy.

Hey Back Creek,
Welcome to Beyond Blue and you have come to the right place to discuss some of your concerns. It is great to have you here! These forums are a loving, caring and non-judgmental platforms where your concerns are taken seriously and we are all here to support each other to achieve the best possible outcome for individuals, families and the like.
This is a great place to start by the way! It takes extreme bravery, strength and courage to express yourself and you should be proud. Hats off to you and I can tell that you possess many great qualities.
I am sorry your struggling at present. I absolutely can relate to much of what your experiencing having hit rock bottom before and I too have struggled in the past trying to process and deal with many internal and external emotions and problems. This is completely normal so please don't be too hard on yourself. We all experience highs and lows and unfortunately life is not easy, however, pain and struggles are only temporary and things always get better.
It seems as if your current emotional state (emotions, thoughts, moods etc) is having a detrimental impact on your overall emotional well-being, mental health and quality of life. When this is the case, professional intervention is needed in my opinion. May I ask if you have ever told your GP or any health professional how your feeling? I would consider seeing your GP as soon as possible and as long as you feel comfortable doing so. You may want to discuss the possible treatment options which include medication and therapy and whether your eligible for a mental health care plan which will provide you with subsidised therapy sessions. I believe that a combination of medication and therapy will greatly assist you.
I am glad to hear that your daughter is recovering from hip surgery. You are in a tough situation but things do get better and will get better.
We are here for you always and you do not have to deal with everything on your own. There are plenty of services available for you to use and these services would love to hear from you.
If you would like to let me know what state you reside in so I would be able to provide you with some useful services which you may access.
Stay strong and positive. Things may seem bleak at present but pain and negative emotions are temporary and things do get better in time.
Look forward to hearing from you again.
All the best,
Nick.
