Hey Bianca

Welcome to the BB forums and thankyou for having the strength to post too!

I'm Paul and have had the same ups and downs (especially the downs with depression) for many years

You dont have to say much Bianca......I can see that your downs are a pain like mine and many of the people on the forums...I have had depression since about 1997 and been working on it ever since.

You are proud mum of 2 an work as well..(even part time) which is a big task. You are more than welcome when you are comfortable to post about how hard the 'downs' effect you.

I have only been on since January after ages in the 'dark'. I hear where you are coming from Bianca..

It is nice to have someone in their first post wish us the best when you mentioned that you hope we are okay coming this far with the problems we do have...you are a very caring person Bianca:-)

The forums are rock solid secure and it would be great if you could post back and have a chat

My Kind thoughts for you Bianca

hello Bianca, welcome to the forum, as it is much easier to write down what concerns us rather than being face to face with a psychologist, where we can feel guilty of what we are about to say, or even if we have the nerve to actually say it, either way it shouldn't matter, but unfortunately it does.
Your a mother of 2 and work part time, so your work load must be pretty extensive, but sometimes our 'ups' happen too quickly and the 'downs' are what we definitely don't want, but sometimes circumstances are beyond our control, so it's not so much as being able to control them but being able to cope with them.
Great to have you on board. Geoff. x
