I’m new to forums like this. Feeling overwhelmed with study, out of a job and now my 32 year old son with depression & anxiety has moved back home. I also suffer from the same and now I feel like running away!

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Sounds like you are juggling a few things at the moment.
Do you have any distraction and coping tools? There are threads on the forums you might be interested in looking at. Or you might be interested in the information on the website on supporting someone with depression. Please know that on the forums here you will be accepted as you are and supported. Is there anything you would like to talk about?
Tim

Hello MummieAnnie, and a warm welcome to the forums.
We feel very sorry for you and to have your 32 year old son move back home disturbs the routine you have been keeping, especially if you are having trouble with your study and not being able to find a job.
It's rather a difficult decision you are facing with both of you suffering from depression and the position you're in.
We'd like to know a little more about your situation if you want to get back to us because we want to help you through this.
Take care.
Geoff.
