Hi, welcome
Anxiety and depression are both serious illnesses that need a proactive and collective approach ongoing. Just meds or just therapy or just life changes might not be enough but together they are powerful as treatment.
I have a number of threads you can read on this topic and you only need to read the 1st post of each.

Hey Neleke,
I'm sorry to hear that you've been struggling, and I hope that you can find some comfort here on the forums. White Knight has some really great thread suggestions that may be useful to look through.
May I ask what in particular you may be struggling with? I have some general advice from my own experiences but I can also offer some quite specific advice based on things that have worked for me.
Journalling is a big one that has helped me both with feelings of depression and anxiety. When your thoughts feel like they're all over the place, it can be cathartic to write them all out and make more sense of what's happening in your head. It can also help you to narrow down what you might be able to do to start feeling better.
Meditation seems like a fairly simple technique, but it can be really helpful for grounding yourself and reflecting on things. I also find ASMR to be quite helpful when I'm feeling anxious too, but I know that it isn't necessarily everyone's cup of tea.
I hope some of this advice resonates with you, feel free to keep chatting with us more if you'd like, we're here for you.
Take care, SB
