So I am 27 yo single mother to a 6yo boy. My clinical "diagnosis" are Depression, Borderline Personality Disorder and Aspergers Syndrome.
The short and sweet of my issues are:
-Feeling like I'm not good enough.
-I OVERTHINK everything
A lot of the time, like tonight, I will just hit points where I'm flat and miserable and dealing with this horrible yucky feeling inside that is so uncomfortable. Sometimes things will be triggering sometimes I will just have an episode.
So I don't really have any friends, except people on Facebook.

i really hope you get the support you deserve
do you see a psychologist to help you with some coping strategies and things to help you with your BPD, anxiety and Aspergers Syndrome?

At this stage a psychologist is the only one i don't have in my professional team. I'm seeing a mental health counsellor and an autism counsellor in lieu of one, but lately have been wondering....

Hi RainbowDreams,
Good morning and a warm welcome to you 🙂
I'm so glad that you have been proactive in seeking support from a professional team. Perhaps it's worthwhile to also consider StartingNew's input- just a thought.
But I suppose, no matter how supportive is your professional health team, they aren't the same as friends or family. You can't get your friendship needs met, for example, by professionals. I know you have facebook friends but I get the impression that maybe you need more face to face contact. You sound very lonely.
The flat and miserable feeling must be awful for you to have to experience day in, day out. I wonder if your mental health counsellor might have some advice on how to counter this feeling. Also, perhaps an outlet for the overthinking might help e.g. journaling, sketching, etc. Alternatively, I know that some people find mindfulness helpful.
Kind thoughts,
Pepper

A big welcome to you RainbowDreams.
First of all ...You Are Good Enough! I've seen you replying to people already, it shows that you are a caring and compassionate person who thinks of other's needs not just your own. Anyone would be lucky to be your friend.
Here you can make friends, this is a very caring and understanding community and I'm sure you will fit in soon.
Hugs from Sola
