New here and nervous

I have only just found this page and wanted to say hi but i am really scared to admit to anyone how i am really feeling, i am scared they are going to want to take me away from my family and lock me up somewhere. I don't even want to talk to my GP about it. I just feel really alone.

Warmest welcome to the forums. It sounds like it took some courage to make this post, so well done to you for reaching out.

It seems as though you have having some really distressing thoughts and feelings. This is a safe and unjudgmental space for you to unload some of your worries and concerns. There are many kind members here who can help you to work through your troubles.

I understand how isolating it can be trying to manage mental health concerns. Please don't think that you are alone.

Everyone has thoughts that are not ideal from time to time. Remember they are just thoughts. Try talking to us first and see if that helps.

What sort of thoughts are you struggling with?

Please don’t feel alone. If you feel comfortable, perhaps you could share some more information on what thoughts are bothering you?

Hi Mumof5girls welcome to the forums and this is a great place for you to start to get advice as you seem a bit nervous about talking to your GP with whats going on.I am sure your GP would be very understanding and help you.Is their anything in pacific bothering you?Please dont be scared to talk on these forums and seek advice.They are a great place to get advice and the people on here are non judgemental.
