Hi Kim1,
Firstly, welcome to the forums.
Sorry to read what you are going through, I have anxiety as well and have for around 10 years so I know the feeling. You have come to the right place especially since you said you feel lonely and isolated. There are a great bunch of people on the forums dealing with some of the stuff you are dealing with.
Is there anything you'd like to go into regarding your anxiety or anything really?
My best for you,
Jay

Hi Kim,
I hope you don’t mind if I say “hello” and also welcome you here 🙂
You have clearly been struggling and going through a very rough time. It must have been (be) so difficult to have had anxiety all those years.
I sometimes feel lonely too and it’s an absolutely crushing and horrible feeling. So even though I don’t really know you or your story, I feel for you...
Perhaps you could give the BeyondBlue helpline a call on 1300 22 4636 and a counsellor could point you in the right direction for a local support group? It’s just a gentle suggestion that you might like to consider (only if you want to).
Plus of course, you’re always most welcome to continue using this thread to connect and share more about yourself. We would love to hear from you again if you’re happy to talk some more here.
Caring thoughts,
Pepper
