Hello JustJools, thanks so much for contacting the forums, and your comment is very distressing as we are very concerned for you and your son.
You can contact Lifeline on 0477 13 11 14 by text which is available from 6.00pm - 10.00pm it's a trial for people who are in a situation like you are in so I believe.
I'm sorry that I start very early in the morning and I really hope that other people can get back to you this afternoon.
I will check up on your thread first thing in the early hours tomorrow, and please know that all we want to do is help you and your son.
My best wishes for both of you and love to hear back from you.
Geoff.

We are sorry that you are feeling so lost at the moment, it sounds like you are in a very overwhelming situation while caring for your son. Please know our community is here to support you and that we care about you and your son's wellbeing. We’d urge you to get in touch with one of the professional mental health counsellors at our Support Service to talk things through. You can contact us by phone using the National Relay Service : https://www.communications.gov.au/what-we-do/phone/services-people-disability/accesshub/national-rel...
As Geoff mentioned, Lifeline is also always available to talk through any difficult moments. Although just to clarify, their online chat is currently available from 7pm-midnight (Sydney time).
We’d encourage you to check back in to let us know how you are going when you feel up to it.
