Hi nic072
Welcome to the forum.
I have also been dealing with mental health concerns for years. Sometimes the road is rough, sometimes getting the help I've needed was difficult, too. I've been discovering more & more about what is important to me, & caring for myself is possibly the most important thing now. It' has taken me a long time to think of myself as important TO Me.
That & not being so hard on myself.
So, what about you? Would you like to talk about where your mental health is at lately? Or is there something else on your mind?

Hi nic072,
I understand that when you're facing mental health challenges, it can be difficult to ask for help and know where to start. Even just speaking about it can feel overwhelming. I want you to know that it's okay to feel that way, and I commend you for taking the first step. It's a significant progress.
I noticed in another post that you mentioned having a similar challenge to another person who is seeking help, both at work and as a young parent. If you're comfortable, I encourage you to share your story with us. We are here to offer support, advice, and share our own experiences.
Alternatively, you can also reach out to the BeyondBlue hotline, which is available 24/7 for a private and confidential conversation.
Take care,
Mark
