Hi Honey Badger
Give yourself serious credit for raising your self to the challenge of posting here. Not easy for some. Raising our self gradually in small yet highly significant ways is often what can begin to make the difference in a life that appears as though it's never going to change.
Welcome 🙂

Hi Honey Badger
Please dont be nervous posting on the forums...As 'the rising' mentioned above...give yourself some serious credit for having the courage to post
When I joined these forums in 2016 I was petrified and didnt even write my own thread for a couple of months..so good on you!
I understand your pain as my mental health has also cost me the same...relationships....careers...and it hurts
You have made a serious step forward in finding some peace of mind Honey Badger...Nice1
the forums are a safe and non judgemental place for you to post....Your health and privacy are paramount here
I really hope you can stick around the forums...(if you wish to..)
any questions or comments are always welcome
my kind thoughts
Paul
