Hi,
This is my first post on here. I'm 38, have a 7 year child who is in year 2 at school, but since the virus started I have been home schooling. I have been diagnosed with severe depression, anxiety and PTSD. I was first diagnosed when I was 26. In 2015, my ex husband was in a horrific truck accident which left him a paraplegic. He started mentally abusing me and my side of the family. Anyways I'm on 2 types of antidepressants and I feel so overwhelmed by having to schoolwork, be a mum, be a daughter, be a sister. I just feel like that the world has gone crazy, anyhow thanks for your time

Hi Aussiestorm,
The world is very strange at the moment - no wonder you're feeling overwhelmed.
It's amazing what you can deal with when you're protecting your child.
Take things one day at a time - you'll get there and in a while the world will calm down a bit.
Take care
Helen

It is nice to meet you! The world really is a very stressful place right now... I know I am struggling myself to stop my anxiety from repeating intrusive negative thoughts all day and night. What you are doing sounds pretty incredible and very draining! I hope that things will begin to get easier soon, even a little.
Sending you all the best,
Nimi
