Hi,

I am WanderingAround, joined this as a tip from a friend.

These days are difficult with having to be isolated, I've decided to join and participate. Learn about how everyone is facing these difficult days and how to grow stronger and able to support those around me. Supporting others has become so more challenging and I hope to share as much as I can.

This is a great space, thanks for making it possible.

Thank you for participating! I am so glad to be here too, we really have to be there for each other whilst also ensuring we are there for ourselves too.

A good daily practise of mindfulness in the morning helps me be a better person and caregiver to others.. perhaps it could help you too?

What are some fun things you like to do?

I hope you're doing well.

Mindfulness is an excellent exercise, it's a great tip.

I like to read, play video-games, watch series (and cartoons), listen to old music. I daresay that having to restrain social interaction is not being a major challenge for me now. But that is also what I am struggling a bit with. Being used to have less social interaction is welcome these days. But how do you help those that are not used to be in this situation? This is my biggest challenge right now. I believe I can feel the compassion and empathy needed, but finding practical ways to help others... it is not easy, and I have to admit it is giving me some frustration.

Thanks for touching base and offering help. It helped me already just by putting it in words. I feel a bit better already.
