Hey
I dont really know where to begin. Ive gone over everything in my head. Im lonely. Im 40 and single and never had a proper relationship. Ive been a good person. Ive been nice to people. Ive ended up alone no friends. Im tired. Ive struggled with depression, anxiety, ocd and being a good person. Wheres my return for all my struggles, wheres my love, children and happiness. Im 40...im depressed and don know how this can improve.

Hi Corella,
Awesome work on the gym! I’m paying for classes I’m not going to but plan on going back at some point. Or so I keep telling myself 😕
I had been really good for about a week, but the last few days I’ve felt really low again. It’s overwhelming those feelings of loneliness and causes me some social anxiety. I am feeling okay today I guess. I feel like I take a step forward then two steps backwards and I get frustrated with myself. I guess this is my new normal now so I better find a way to cope with it.
How have you been?

Hi ! Very nice to hear from you Feeling Lonely 🙂 I hope that you are feeling much better. Just take time out and rest when you need to. I find that helps me. i feel frustrated too.
I am good.... Im still single. lately I hear so many problems around...so then i think well things could be worse. One thing I am trying is to change my thinking - at least to have 1 good thought a day. And grateful for one thing a day.
