I am the same but I want to make it better for myself. Im not happy with being here. Trying to seek out what I need right now/ get help with what I am goin through. What is going on? Hello everyone, I am new to the forums and I sincerely hope that Merricat and Empathuniverse are on the upswing.
Alot of those feeling resonate with alot of us. This time of the year particularly hard and I know my mental health jumps of a diving board.

Hello sbella02,
I am going good I have mostly had good days. I have booked into get some trauma abuse help for Monday. Which is a very positive step. I have never professionally seen anyone for what I have gone through. Its complicated. I also found a support group I can join to be proactive as well. I am reading various books to find the pieces of the puzzle so I can understand whats going on and have some direction. I have been working on replacing negative thoughts I have been conditioned to think with more constructive and connecting ones, going through, letting go and processing trauma. Some days its easier to bring the trauma out some days its not. I have CPTSD and some days it just feels easier to want to give up, hide and curl up in a ball but its not the way for me to lead a healthy life or to break free. I am regularily running, doing weights and eating healthy as an outlet. Still have a lot of work to do but I have started.

I'm glad to hear that you've booked in to see somebody professionally, that's a great step that likely took a lot of courage so well done. It's also good that you're doing other things like running, eating healthy, reading, and joining a support group. They're all very important steps.

That's such an empty feeling, isn't it?
It's one of the hardest parts of life, when you feel alone with your problems.
People are here for you.
I know it's not the same, but talking to strangers does actually help.
Keep reaching out to others as much as you can (please)
Good people do exist.
You are stong enough to find a way throu this.
Everybody needs help at some point, beleave in yourself.
