Hi Trapped in a Void,

Sorry you're feeling low at the moment. My heart goes out to you.

Well done for your brave decision to post. These forums are a safe place to vent your feelings instead of keeping them bottled up. Navigating the threads has shown you that you are far from alone. You can connect with others who are/have been in similar situations. Opening up about our suffering and concerns plays an important role towards managing them. A shared load feels lighter.

You are in control of how much/little you wish to share at any given time. The remote is in your hands...

We'll be here for you whenever you choose to tell us more about yourself. Some beautiful, heart-felt connections have been established via these forums. Mental/emotional issues are not easy to cope with. There's no need to go it alone. Sometimes, we can all do with support from people who understand what we're going through.

Welcome on board.

Hi Trapped and thanks for your kind response.

You're quite right, bad/good days come and go. They're just waves in the ocean, not the ocean itself. Sometimes the bad ones overwhelm us, tumble us around. It feels like we're caught up in a spinning cycle of the cosmic washing machine. Then they wash over us and are gone. We're in calmer waters again.

Well done for accepting this fact. Acceptance is an important step towards managing those scary cycles and beginning to reclaim some measure of control and the quality of life we all deserve.

Here for you whenever you want to chat. No pressure, no expectations. It's your call.
