It sounds like you're in a difficult situation living with your own MH challenges.
I wondered if you've sought help for the anxiety and depression you feel?
Hoping you can come back soon.
How are you doing since first posting?

Hi Aypea
Welcome too! I understand what you are going through and loving a partner that is experiencing the same. Can I ask if your partner has been diagnosed with low self esteem/paranoia?..(only if thats okay) I understand the 'walking on eggshells' you are going through
If you wish to elaborate on the symptoms we can provide you with more effective support..
Just from my own experience....when a person's anxiety...low self esteem has a detrimental effect on their ability to function effectively on day to day basis...its usually time to seek assistance from a GP...to start with..
just a friendly note...the forums are a safe and non judgmental place for you to post Aypea! Any questions are always welcome....
my kind thoughts
Paul

Hello Aypea, thanks for posting your comment and sorry for the situation you're in, and nobody can always make the right decision, it all depends on the timing and position you're in where it maybe acceptable one day but not the next.
Love can be complex if and when low self esteem and paranoid are involved, and make unsure of how to cope with it, so please, when you have the opportunity we'd like to hear back from you.
Geoff.
