I'm new to this, and I thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Kai, and I go by the pronouns They/Them (AKA I'm Non-Binary). I'm fifteen, and I haven't actually been clinically diagnosed for any mental health issues. However I have been feeling quite depressed and anxious for about four or five years, so I thought I'd come here.
