I have become incapacitated by grief. I don't know what to do or how to go on. Everything is a mess. It's beyond me fixing it anymore. I can't do it anymore. I would rather not be here.
Do you think grief counselling would help sort me out or should I go into the mentally ill ward at orange.

Hello Deeoz, and a warm welcome to the forums, and for what has happened I'm very sorry as it's causing you much grief.
If you can 'Download the Grief and loss fact sheet' which is on the Beyond Blue site and hopefully this will be highlighted or your benefit.
When you are able to indicate why this is happening maybe of benefit to us and so sorry this has taken place.
If you are able to get back to us at any time that suits you.
Take care.
Geoff.
