Hi Chanaz 😊
Welcome to the forum!
I have used a site called moodgym before which is CBT based. I found it really helpful while I was in between therapists. It's free to join and use.
I hope this helps 😊
Kind regards,
Lici

Hi Chanaz,
Great that you are reaching out and have a plan towards improving your health. In my experience a program called MindSpot has been valuable for many people. You can do the lessons solely on your own or have the option of having an online therapist work with you. There are several different treatment courses. See the link below and I do hope that you find the right course for you. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries before finding the right strategy so I encourage you to keep trying if the first one isn't a good fit.

Wishing you the best possible outcome,
Nurse Jenn
