Hi Nadine. I'm new too. I think it's okay to just start with "hello", which you have. You can share other things when you're ready. Finding the works can be hard sometimes.

I hope the forum is a useful and safe place for you.

Hey NadineT,

How are you?

And it's okay not knowing what to say, i know it can be scary putting your feelings out there. but trust me, there's no judgement at all here, you're in a safe space, we're all here for you.

Sending hugs!

Hi NadineT,

Welcome to the BB Forums and thanks for taking the time to post.

To be completely honest it doesn't matter what you say, they are so many of us that are here for different reasons, that are confused and unsure, you are not alone and I think thats the whole point of the forum.

My welcome post was much the same in that I was lost for words. I remember feeling overwhelmed when reading others welcome posts, and getting my head around the forum space. How has it been for you?

Hi Nadinet welcome to the forums and if you ever need to chat I’m here for you ok

Hi Leesy_lou, this is all pretty daunting to be honest. Reading people's personal introductions, they all seem so confident in sharing and opening up straight away...
I mean, I wish I could too, but I never know where to start....

NadineT thanks for replying, it's so nice to hear back from you. Sorry if my reply was a little overdue I'm on here Wednesday and Thursdays just so you know.

Daunting thats for sure, and a good word to use. When you say you wish you could opening share like others on the forum have, I guess like you I do see so much value in talking (in this case writing) and opening up to others. Reading the vulnerability in others gives me comfort and strength to do the same though. For sure its daunting, and at times its uncomfortable and just "not me", but most of the time its worth the effort.

Where to start, well the good news is you already have. where to from here its up to you. maybe from today or this week? what's working for you, what's not?
